ONLINE ORDERING:
Ordering at Lobird.com is easy!
Step 1 – Pick your favorite papers and click on the Place Order button
Step 2 – Customize you order with your name, fonts, lined envelopes, etc…
Step 3 – Click on the Add to Cart button
Step 4 – Verify that your order is correct as shown in the shopping cart
Step 5 – Complete your purchase by clicking on the Check Out button and complete the requested
information or go back to the main website to continue shopping by clicking on the Keep Shopping button
Step 6 – You can check out at anytime by clicking on the View Cart Icon on the main website.
This will take you to the shopping cart where you can verify you order is correct and complete
your purchase by clicking on the Check Out button

If you are sending Lobird cards as a GIFT, you have the option to purchase a beautiful gift note.
Your custom message is printed on a premium embossed enclosure card (envelope included)
with the image of a tangerine tree with bird.

Please note that currently only one Ship to Address is allowed per order. This works well if you want your purchases all shipped to the same place. If, however, you would prefer that different items go to different addresses then you must complete a different transaction for each item shipped to different locations.

SHIPPING, HANDLING & TIMING
All orders are sent via USPS or UPS We make every effort to process your order within 1 to 2 weeks, however during busy times, such as holiday seasons, it can take up to 4 weeks.
Once you order is produced, you have the option to ship: GROUND (2 to 7 business days), 3-DAY AIR, 2 DAY AIR or OVERNIGHT.

Please note:

Expedited shipping options (3 day, 2 day and overnight air) applies to transit time only. Production time cannot be expedited.
If you have a specific date you need your order please indicate in the comments section at checkout when you place your order and we will let you know if we can meet your timeline.

We are based in California, so ground shipping takes between 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.

We now offer UPSAIR - overnight, 2- day, and 3- day. Rates are calculated in our checkout process.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY:
All Lobird papers are made to order therefore we are unable to provide refunds or credits.

ORDER ERRORS BY THE CUSTOMER
BEFORE your order is printed:
If you purchase a $10 electronic proof, you are able to make changes to your order during the proof review process prior to your order being printed. Additional fees maybe incurred if further proofs are requested.

If you do not purchase a proof and notice an error in one of your order confirmations, please contact us immediately and we will, if possible, make the changes requested. We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order in time. It will depend on how quickly your order is being processed.

AFTER your order is printed:
If you discover an error in the order after it has been completed or if a change was requested after an order was completed, Lobird will work with you to correct the mistake and reprint your order at a discount.

ORDER ERRORS BY LOBIRD
If Lobird makes an error in filling your order we will replace or correct it promptly.

ORDER CHANGES
There is a $5 fee for making a change to an order before going to print.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled before going to print will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
